Sharkey named All-American

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - MCC men's soccer player Seamus Sharkey (Newtown, Ireland/St. Eunans) was named a first team All-American by the National Junior College Athletic Association.

Sharkey, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound freshman defender, helped lead the Tribunes to a 13-4-1 record and a Region III, Division I title.  He finished the season with eight goals, three assists, and 19 points.
